매 달 돌아오는 우수 요원 선정 기간이 이번 달에도 돌아왔다. 저번 달에는 요원 일과 아르바이트 일, 두 개를 동시에 다잡은 손유정 요원과 요원 일이 힘들어도 술을 마시지 않은 이승환 요원이 우수 요원으로 선정되었다. 이번 달에는 어떤 요원들이 우수 요원으로 선정되었을지 취재해 보았다. 며칠 전 임무를 수행할 때 누구보다도 빨리 출동한 김민재 요원이 우수 요원으로 선정되었다. 김민재 요원은 남들보다 빠르게 출동하려고 킥보드를 타다가 돌에 걸려 넘어져 부상을 입었으나, 끝까지 임무를 완벽하게 수행해 내 4월의 우수 요원으로 선정되었다. 마지막 우수 요원은 박채연 요원이다. 박채연 요원은 느낌표를 찾지 못해 답답해하고 있을 때 춤을 추었더니 느낌표를 바로 발견하여 실적을 빠른 시일 내로 올린 공이 커 이번 달의 우수 요원으로 선정되었다.

ONLY 1 크루 요원들의 불만의 목소리가 커지고 있다. 그 불만의 목소리의 출처는 다름이 아닌 요원의 인력이 부족하다는 점이었다. 요원의 수가 부족해 느낌표를 찾는 일에서도 힘이 많이 들며 4명이서 움직이는 데에는 한계가 있다는 의견이 파다했다. 요원들끼리 심도 있는 대화 끝에 요원을 추가로 모집하기로 했다. 모집 절차는 추후에 밝혀질 예정이며 추가 모집 인원은 1명으로 생각하고 있다고 한다.

이번 주에는 요원들의 큰 활약이 있었다. 호우주의보가 발령 된 날, 깊은 고민에 빠져있는 사람에게 ! 를 찾아주기 위해 우리 요원들은 빗 속을 뛰어다녔다. 또한 이전에 이미 ! 를 찾았음에도 불구하고 갑작스러운 일로 인하여 잃어버린 사람을 위해 요원들이 며칠 밤을 새워가면서 다시 ! 를 선사해주는 활약을 했다. 사람들이 어떤 상황에 처했든지 간에 ONLY 1 크루 요원들은 끝까지 사람들에게 ! 를 찾아주고 그 누구보다도 매일매일 노력하고 있음을 이 기사를 통해 널리 알리고 싶다.
